We Know It Will Be Cold This Weekend, But More Snow Is Also Featured

There's been plenty of talk about cold temperatures for Super Bowl weekend, but more snow is also part of the discussion.

A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect from midnight to noon Saturday for portions of east central, northeast and southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa.

The advisory includes the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro and Lincoln.

Total snow accumulations from 2 to 4 inches, which "First Alert" meteorologist Rusty Lord says should be of the the fluffy variety;

The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

Omaha National Weather Service meteorologist Van Dewald tells KFAB Radio News the temperatures start to fall Saturday into next week.
