The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office reports deputies located 28-year Dana Benitez in Lincoln Tuesday evening and no longer considers her a missing person.
Investigators say she was a passenger in a pickup that slid off the road and got stuck in a ditch Sunday night in the area of U.S. Highway 34 and NW 42nd.
The Sheriff's office says the driver went to get help and reports when he returned, the woman was gone, leading to the missing person report.
