The Cass County, Nebraska Sheriff's Office says 48-year-old Amber Tjaden of Weeping Water has not been seen or heard from since the middle of last week.
She is believed to be driving a 2019 Black Jaguar, Model F-Pace, with Nebraska plate 20T638.
According to court documents, 38-year-old Matthew Tjaden told deputies he and his wife had an argument, she left and was depressed.
Deputies said he later became upset with them, picked up his two boys and took off.
After a pursuit, Matthew Tjaden was booked into the Cass County Jail for flight to avoid arrest and child neglect.
