(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police are looking to locate a man they say is linked to a South Omaha Homicide.
Investigators say they are trying to locate 53 year old Francisco Santiago. OPD says officers are looking to find Santiago to ensure his safety. Police say Santiago is missing his left eye and has an artificial right leg.
Wednesday morning, 58 year old Jose Martinez was found dead at a South Omaha public housing building. Omaha Police officers were dispatched to Highland Tower near 25th and B streets for a well-being call. Investigators say once on the scene, officers found Martinez dead.
