A man suffered serious injuries in a Tuesday night stabbing.
Omaha Police say just after 10:30 officer were called to an apartment building near 26th and St. Mary's Ave. for a stabbing. Police say the victim, 62 year old Mathew Wilder, was taken to Nebraska Medicine in serious condition with non-life threatening injuries.
OPD says officers located the suspect, 65 year old Donald Johnson in a nearby apartment. Johnson was booked into Douglas County Corrections on charges of 2nd-degree assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony and carrying a concealed weapon.
