Three arrested after Dundee bank robbery

Three people are behind bars following a Monday afternoon bank robbery in Dundee.

Omaha Police say around 1:00 Monday afternoon, officers were called to the Dundee Bank location near 50th and Underwood Avenue for a reported armed robbery. Investigators say witnesses told officers that two men entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money, while displaying what was believed to be the butt of a handgun. Police say after receiving an undetermined amount of cash, the suspects fled in a white Pontiac Grand Prix.

OPD says officers were later able to locate the suspect vehicle and took three people into custody. The investigation remains on going.
