In his initial appearance in Sarpy County Court on Tuesday, a judge orders 23-year old Roberto Silva Jr. held without bond.
Silva faces numerous charges including murder in connection with a fatal shooting spree in Bellevue at the 13th and Cornhusker Road "Sonic Drive In" Saturday night.
The Sarpy County Attorney has charged Silva with two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, four counts of use of a firearm to commit a felony, and one count of first degree arson.
His next court appearance is December 15th.
