Pizza delivery driver stabbed during Wednesday night confrontation

A pizza delivery driver is recovering after being stabbed Wednesday night.

Omaha Police say just after 9:00 Wednesday night, officers were called to the area of 30th and Arcadia for a reported stabbing. Investigators say the 40 year old victim told officers that she was delivering a pizza when three male juveniles demanded the pizza and her car keys. The victim told officers that when she refused to hand over the pizza and keys, one of the suspects stabbed her.

The victim was transported to Creighton University Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
