"Nebraska Medicine" looks to hire 20 people to help doctors and nurses treat Covid-19 patients.
"PPE Extenders" help make sure health professionals on the coronavirus front lines properly wear medical gear like N-95 masks, face shields, and other equipment.
“That’s a role I can help out in. As I learned about it, it was a no brainer; I don’t have to be clinically trained, but here I am, and I’m going to serve an important role in the organization," Molly Reed told 6 News.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma.
Twenty PPE extender positions are now available at the Med Center in Omaha.
