The Nebraska State Patrol says just after 3:00 Wednesday afternoon, a trooper observed saw a Chevrolet Tahoe make an unsafe pass of a semi on I-80 near Kearney. Investigators say during the traffic stop, the trooper picked up on some suspicious activity and performed a search of the vehicle.

The NSP says the search revealed 176 pounds of marijuana in vacuum sealed bags, concealed in suitcases inside the vehicle.
