Those wanting to visit their loved ones at the Sarpy County Jail will have to put their plans on hold.
All public visitation has been suspended at the Sarpy County Jail due to COVID-19 concerns. According to their website, professional visits can still be scheduled by calling 402-593-4307.
Sarpy County Jail has reported 37 cases of COVID-19 out of roughly 115 inmates currently lodged at the jail. Those inmates have been separated from the rest and are quarantining.
According to the Sarpy County Jail, new inmates are being screened and current inmates are being monitored for symptoms.
