A Council Bluffs man admits to possessing a Molotov cocktail during a spring protest in Omaha this year.
25-year-old Steven Fitch pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to unlawful possession of a destructive device.
Prosecutors say Fitch had the device in his possession when he took part in a May 31st protest near 15th and Jackson Streets.
Fitch will be sentenced on January 20th.
