The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an 11 year old girl they say is a runaway from Children’s Square USA.
Police say Cali Peters was last seen around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon in the area of North 7th Street and Washington St., walking southbound in Council Bluffs. Peters is described as a Hispanic female, with long brown hair wearing black leggings and pink t-shirt.
