Omaha Public Library reopening two more branches

The Omaha Public Library is reopening two more branches over the next few days.

OPL's W. Dale Clark Main Library will reopen on Thursday, October 15th while the W. Clarke Swanson Branch will reopen early next week, on Tuesday, October 20th.

Nine OPL locations have already reopened: A.V. Sorensen Branch, Benson Branch, Bess Johnson Elkhorn Branch, Charles B. Washington Branch, Florence Branch, Millard Branch, Milton R. Abrahams Branch, Saddlebrook Branch and Willa Cather Branch.

OPL branches are open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m., and Friday & Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Three branch locations (Millard Branch, Milton R. Abrahams Branch and W. Dale Clark Main Library) are offering Sunday hours, 1-5 p.m. Masks are required for all library visitors until further notice.
