Police say 26-year old Adrian Jones Jr. is now booked into Douglas County Corrections for Criminal Homicide.
Earlier, police arrested 21-year old Shane Holbert in connection with the murder of 20-year old Playontae Wilson.
The shooting death was early Sunday at the "Arbor Villa Apartments" just west of 60th and Arbor Streets in Omaha.
Officers were originally sent to the location for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers found Wilson deceased.
Holbert was booked for 1st Degree Murder, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person, Theft by Unlawful Taking >$1500, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Robbery.
