Douglas County Sheriff's investigators say a car with six teens inside was eastbound on State Street near 145th Street Thursday evening, when the car veered, and the driver overcorrected, crashing head-on into an oncoming car driven by another young person.
6 News reports one of the victims was pinned in wreckage for a time.
First responders reported six others were outside the vehicles when they arrived.
Those involved were taken to three area hospitals with initial reports of serious to critical injuries. They were conscious;
