26-year-old Bailey Boswell's trial that begins with jury selection on Wednesday is the second one in the murder case of Sydney Loofe.
Boswell is charged with first degree murder and dismemberment.
Boswell's boyfriend, Aubrey Trail, was convicted in Loofe's murder in July of 2019.
Boswell's trial is being held in Dawson County in a change of venue from Saline County where prosecutors say 24-year old Sydney Loofe was murdered in 2017.
The trial is expected to run through mid-October.
