OPD detectives say a second arrest has been made, and a charge amended in a homicide that occurred on September 4th of this year at a "Motel 6" near 84th and Interstate 80.
That night officers called to the motel on a report of a shooting found 17-year-old Evan Latto deceased.
Police quickly arrested 20-year-old Mason Beaverson without incident.
Beaverson was originally booked for Manslaughter, Use Of A Weapon To Commit A Felony, Possession Of A Stolen Firearm, and Possession Of A Controlled Substance.
Police now say the Manslaughter booking has been amended to 2nd Degree Murder.
On Friday, Police arrested 18-year-old Trinity Hendrickson for Tampering With Evidence.
