A relaxation in COVID-19 restrictions commences across most of the Cornhusker State this week.
All counties in Nebraska except for Lancaster move into phase 4 on Monday, meaning crowd capacity at indoor and outdoor venues will expand.
Outdoor venues can run at 100 percent occupancy.
Indoor venues: 75 percent capacity.
Governor Pete Ricketts considers large events to be 500 or more people.
Big capacity events will still need approval from the local health director.
Douglas County large-scale events are considered one thousand people or larger and also need clearance from the county health department.
