Omaha Police say a man who was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street earlier this week has died.
Police say Carl Tolles was not in a marked crosswalk when he was struck late Monday night at 28th and F Street. He suffered injuries to his legs, pelvis and head.
Police say an autopsy is being done today. The driver was cited for not having a drivers license and not properly restraining a child.
