Residents of a Council Bluffs neighborhood got a rude awakening late Sunday night after a pickup slammed into some parked vehicles near 27th and Avenue A.
6 News reports police were giving the driver of the pickup a field a sobriety test but there is no word yet on whether an arrest was made.
