Omaha Police ask for video evidence of crimes committed during protests

The Omaha Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating any videos of possible criminal activity taken during recent protests.

The OPD says those incidents include damage to vehicles and businesses, assaults and other crimes. Investigators say they know many of the acts were recorded by people present during the protests. The Police Department is encouraging anyone with video evidence of these crimes to contact investigators at the following numbers:
