Omaha Police seek possible Scurlock protest killing witnesses

OMAHA, Nebraska -- Police detectives have put out the photos of three people they believe may be witnesses to the shooting death of protester James Scurlock.

The 22-year-old black Omaha man was shot Saturday by a white bar owner during protests. The prosecutor is asking a Grand Jury to consider possible charges in the case.
