OPD Ask Public For Help Identifying Person Seen In Scurlock Shooting Video

The Omaha Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a person seen in a video leading up to the shooting death of 22 year old James Scurlock.

The OPD's Homicide Unit is attempting to identify the party being shoved in the video surveillance outside 1207 Harney Street.

Police ask the person in the video, or anyone that can identify them, to contact Omaha Police Homicide Detective Ryan Hinsley at 402-444-6364.
