Omaha Police breakdown protest arrest data

The Omaha Police Department has released details about arrests made during recent protests in Omaha. The arrests were made over a period of four days encompassing Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. OPD says the preliminary data listed below does not reflect an additional 44 people booked at Sarpy County Jail during Monday's protest in the Old Market.

The majority of people arrested are from the Omaha metro area and face charges related to Mayor Jean Stothert's city-wide curfew. Four people are from outside of Nebraska and Iowa, including two people from Kentucky, one person from Kansas and one person from Washington.
