Phase Two Of Reopening In Nebraska Begins Monday

Phase Two of Nebraska's plan to reopen the state is set to begin Monday.

Bars are allowed to reopen at fifty percent capacity, and some sports including tennis and volleyball can begin.

Contact sports such as football and basketball are still prohibited. Public gatherings are limited to 25 percent of the venue's listed occupancy up to 3,000 people.
