Two residents of the the Life Care Center in Elkhorn have died due to COVID-19 .
Nursing home officials say in addition to the two residents who have died, 51 residents have tested positive for the virus. 25 residents have tested negative.
22 nursing home employees have also tested positive for COVID-19 while 30 staff members have tested negative. Nursing home officials say not all staff members have been tested thus far.
