Sutton Man Arrested Following Human Trafficking Investigation

A Sutton, Nebraska man is under arrest after allegations of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

A Thursday statement from the Nebraska State Patrol stated that the arrest was made through a multi-agency effort, which included the Nebraska State Patrol and Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

The NSP says 58 year old Linus Cloet was arrested in Clay County Thursday morning on charges of sex trafficking of a minor, child abuse, three counts of pandering, and two counts of solicitation. Cloet is being held at the Clay County Jail.

The state patrol asks anyone with additional information regarding the investigation or other allegations to call the Nebraska State Patrol Troop C office at 308-385-6000.
