Council Bluffs Police say a man wanted in a shooting earlier this week has been arrested.
Police say 43 year old Robert Brokman, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a Friday traffic stop in Council Bluffs. Brokman was being sought following a Monday morning shooting near 7th Ave. and 32nd Street.
CBPD says just after 2:00 Monday morning, officers were sent to the 700 block of S 32nd for a possible shooting. When officers arrived they found 37 year old Taiela Garcia with a minor injuries. Four shotgun shell casings were located at the scene. Garcia was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The Council Bluffs Police Department thanked everyone who called with information that ultimately led to Brokman's arrest.
