FREMONT, Nebraska - The Dodge County Attorney is facing driving under the influence charges.
6 News reports that Oliver Glass was arrested on March 23rd. This is his first offense and a misdemeanor.
Glass was arrested and then released after posting bond. A special prosecutor from outside the Dodge County Attorney's office was appointed to handle the investigation and the prosecution of this case.
