OMAHA, Nebraska - The Omaha Police Department is being proactive and taking the necessary precautions to keep both citizens and officers safe during the COVID-19 coronavirus illness spread.
Police officers will no longer respond to property damage vehicle accidents where the vehicles can be moved. Drivers are asked to exchange information.
The Department is working on implementing further changes that will take place next week.
