$25,000 In Merchandise Taken From Old Market Business

OMAHA, Nebraska - Omaha Police are on the hunt those who broke into the Overland Sheepskin Company in the Old Market Tuesday morning.

6 News reports the manager of the store at 10th and Howard Street received a call from the alarm company around 5 a.m. The manager told police the back door was open when she arrived.

Police did a sweep of the building to see if anyone was inside. The thieves were long gone.

Sixty clothing items and leather coats were taken. The stolen items are valued at $25,000.
