OMAHA, Nebraska - The Douglas County Attorney's Office will decide if a 14 year old driver will face charges after a deadly accident Sunday night near 156th and Q Street. Omaha Police say the teenager was driving with no operator's permit or driver's license.
Police say the teen was behind the wheel of a pickup and turned in front of a motorcycle driven by 29 year old Dillon Flesner of Omaha. He later died at a hospital.
His passenger, 24 year old Jenna Dieffenbach was also rushed to a hospital after being thrown into traffic. At last check she was in serious condition.
The investigation continues.
