OMAHA, Nebraska - An arrest is made in the homicide of 74 year old James Moore Sunday evening near 20th and Burdette.
Omaha Police Investigators arrested 25 year old Anthony Donald who is charged with 2nd degree murder, 2nd degree assault, three counts of use of a weapon and an outstanding outside agency warrant.
Omaha Police were called to 20th and Burdette at 11 p.m. Sunday and found Moore. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
