THC Vapes, Liquid, Marijuana And Gun Found During Lincoln Traffic Stop

LINCOLN, Nebraska - Four people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Lincoln on Friday, January 24th.

Just after 11 a.m., Lincoln Police stopped a Dodge Caravan with Florida plates on I-80 after seeing several traffic violations. Officers then smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver was questioned and then admitted to having a small amount of marijuana in the console. The officer also saw the cargo area of the van was filled with crates and boxes.

Officers conducted a search of the crates and found over 30 gallons of THC liquid, over 2,500 THC vape cartridges, over 30 pounds of marijuana and 79 grams of THC shatter.

Officers continued the search and they found a 40 caliber firearm hidden in the vehicle and $2,000 in cash.

Arrested were 26 year old Matthew Mcgee, 19 year old Richard Cicanese and 20 year old Alex Burtch. They were booked for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of THC concentrate with intent to deliver and no drug tax stamp.

33 year old Anthony Cooper was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of THC concentrate with intent to deliver, no drug tax stamp and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
