SALINE COUNTY, Nebraska - One charge has been dropped against murder suspect Bailey Boswell.
6 News reports that court records show Boswell no longer is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Those records show the state failed to provide enough certainty for the court to move forward with the conspiracy charge. The state has until January 10th to bring forth new information.
Boswell is charged with 1st degree murder in the death of Sydney Loofe in November of 2017. Her trial is scheduled to start in March.
Boswell's boyfriend, Aubrey Trail was found guilty Loofe's murder in July.
