OMAHA, Nebraska - One person is charged with 1st Degree Arson and is now in Douglas County Corrections after a fire at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at 21st and Ohio.
Fire crews saw flames coming from a bedroom window on the main floor when they arrived. Everyone made it out of the home and the fire was out within 15 minutes.
The Omaha Fire Department was at this home several times in the last 24 hours for disturbances between occupants. Investigators determined the fire was intentionally set.
37 year old Audrey Durand was located and taken into custody.
