Omaha Police believe they have solved a murder from earlier this month in the Little Italy neighborhood.
The Metro Area Fugitive Task Force has arrested 39 year old Daniel Clemons on a felony murder warrant. He's also facing a charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver.
Police say 33 year old Jethro Dufour was shot near 5th and William on the afternoon of December 4th and later died at the hospital.
