OMAHA, Nebraska - In preparation for the upcoming Rental Registration and Inspection Program, the City of Omaha Planning Department will hold a free Rental Information Session at 7 p.m. on December 18th in the Legislative Chamber at 1819 Farnam Street.
The City will conduct a presentation about what to expect with the upcoming implementation and provide answers to some questions.
This ordnance will help ensure that all rental properties meet basic housing and maintenance standards.
