COLFAX COUNTY, Nebraska - Icy conditions caused a deadly semi-pickup accident Thursday morning in Colfax County.
Investigators say the driver of the pickup was heading west on Highway 30 and County Road 4A near Richland around 7:30 a.m.The pickup crossed the median, went into oncoming traffic and struck a semi.
The unidentified driver of the pickup died at the scene.The semi driver was not hurt.
The investigation continues.
