Two former Husker football players have been arrested as part of a sexual assault investigation. No details about the alleged crime were revealed by Lincoln Police.
Katerian LeGrone was arrested for first degree sexual assault and Andre Hunt for aiding and abetting first degree sexual assault.
The team announced on August 28 that the redshirt freshmen were suspended indefinitely but the reason was never given. The assault allegedly happened in August. Police say more details will be released Wednesday morning.
