Lincoln Man Pleads No Contest To Motor Vehicle Homicide

LINCOLN, Nebraska - The man accused of motor vehicle homicide that took the life of a UNL band member pleaded no contest.

6 News reports police say Waltrivelish Watson was driving nearly 60 MPH when his vehicle crashed into 20 year old 20 year old Tyler Butterfield vehicle at 10th and Arapaho in Lincoln. That accident happened on October 26th.

Watson's sentencing is set for January 29th.
