OMAHA, Nebraska - Two people are recovering after two shootings on Thanksgiving Eve in Omaha.
Police were first called to 66th and Ogden around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday. Police found a man that had been shot in the chest. He was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was apparently shot in a driveway during an altercation with another person.
At 8:30 p.m., Omaha Police arrived at the Walgreens near 60th and Northwest Radial Highway. The victim told police he had been the parking lot of the Benson Towers at 59th and Northwest Radial when he was shot. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover.
Police are looking for suspects in both shootings.
