OMAHA, Nebraska - There are more charges against an Omaha man accused of injuring his 4 month old son who later died.
6 News reports that 35 year old Kevin Clayton is being held on a $2 million bond. Police say that Clayton was taking care of the boy on November 15 when he was injured. The boy, Legenn Clayton was rushed to a hospital suffering from head and brain trauma. The boy later died.
Clayton was originally charged with intentional child abuse resulting in injury. Douglas County Court records show those charges were raised Wednesday.
