BELLEVUE, Nebraska - Bellevue Police made an arrest in a sexual and domestic abuse case involving a juvenile female.
Bellevue Police say the victim reported the assaults occurred while she was a juvenile. The months long investigation started in April.
At 6 a.m. Wednesday, the Sarpy County Swat Team and Bellevue Police detectives and officers served a search warrant at a home at 910 West 31st Avenue.
The suspect, 26 year old Dakota Oehm was then arrested for first degree sexual assault, strangulation and second degree domestic assault.
