Lincoln Chick-fil-A Shooting Autopsy Results Released

LINCOLN, Nebraska - Lincoln investigators have completed an autopsy on the man shot and killed at a Lincoln Chick-fil-A Tuesday.

The autopsy shows that 48 year old Joseph Cimino died from three bullet wounds to the chest. The toxicology report is not yet available.

Witnesses told Lincoln Police that Cimino caused a disturbance at the restaurant and was escorted out. He then backed his pickup through a wall and continued to cause a disturbance. Cimino was armed with a stun gun and making threatening remarks when he was shot by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Special Agent.
