OMAHA, Nebraska - A cat that suffered severe burns is on a slow road to recovery and one person suspected of causing those injuries is facing felony animal cruelty charges.
37 year old Calvin Kyles has been charged in the cse dating back to September 11th. A cat, named BJ, was held under scalding water.
Nebraska Humane Society was called to investigate the incident and says that BJ should survive the ordeal and is currently receiving care a a private vet clinic.
