Pottawattamie County, Iowa - Missouri River water is rushing into a farm field after a major levee was breached a little over a mile west of I-29 near Honey Creek north of Council Bluffs.
Crews were busy trying to fix the levee and build it up but a man with the drainage district told 6 News that "they have lost the battle".
The breach is several feet wide river water is pushing into the field. That water is heading towards I-29.
