Sarpy County, Nebraska - Arson charges have been filed against the owner the former Wardrobe Spa at 168th and Harrison.
53 year old Michael McKernan is charged with four counts of second degree arson, two counts of fraud and burning to defraud an insurer. McKernan turned himself in to Sarpy County authorities Tuesday morning. Fire destroyed the business in October of 2018.
The State Fire Marshal's Office determined that a fire was intentionally set and that caused the business to explode.
