The Douglas County Sheriff's Office received information on Thursday, September 5th about a possible domestic violence incident on a public Facebook Page. The Sheriff's Office and Omaha Police also received several calls concerning the Facebook profile of Charitz Hodges.
Posts on Facebook showed two photos of a female. The first showed injuries consistent with a bruised, swollen upper lip. The second picture showed injuries consistent with a bruised right eye and bruised upper lip.
The alleged subject to this domestic violence incident is identified as 22 year old Charitz Hodges. A report shows that a follow up investigation revealed the victim was physically assaulted by Hodges on two separate occasions on or about July 16, 2019 near 108th and Fort Street.
A misdemeanor warrant was obtained of Hodges and he was arrested and booked on two charges of suspicion of 3rd Degree Domestic Assault.
